I’m not here to just hand you a program—I’m here to walk alongside you, guide you, and give you the tools to build strength and resilience both inside and outside the gym.
My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by creating a supportive, motivating environment where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered.

Hi, I’m Andrew, Co-Founder of DNA Nutrition & Fitness.
My passion is helping people unlock their full potential through fitness, nutrition, and a supportive community. I know firsthand how easy it is to put your health on the back burner—and how much it can quietly hold you back.
There was a time when I lacked discipline, struggled with confidence, and didn’t have the energy to chase the things I truly wanted. It wasn’t until I made my health a priority that everything changed.
Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track, I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and show you that you are capable of more than you think.

My Journey as a Coach
When I first stepped into the world of fitness, I didn’t fully realize how powerful it could be—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Like many of the clients I work with today, I struggled with inconsistency, lacked discipline, and didn’t fully understand how much my health was holding me back from the life I wanted.
But once I committed to prioritizing my health, everything changed. I gained the confidence, energy, and purpose that I had been missing.
Since becoming a certified personal trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to help over 20 individuals transform their lives—losing between 10 to 40 lbs of fat, improving their strength, and for many, unlocking athletic potential they never thought possible.
My passion isn’t just about weight loss or building muscle—it’s about helping people regain control, build habits they are proud of, and experience what it’s like to move with purpose and freedom.
At DNA Nutrition & Fitness, I bring this passion into every client relationship. Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing a performance goal, I’m here to help them find lasting results—not just a temporary fix.
